Stainsby Mill, Hardwick estate

Stainsby Mill, on the Hardwick estate, is a working Victorian mill.

The spelt flour available to buy makes very good pizzas.

And as mentioned, the spelt flour makes very good pizzas (possibly the best I've ever made, in fact, so I have to admit that maybe using something other than Tesco value plain flour might make better pizzas..):
